I attended Robin’s CCC workshop this past weekend, and it was one of the most impactful learning experiences I’ve had in a long time.
What stood out immediately was how practical and real the material was. A lot of the communication and coaching concepts—like reading body language, mirroring, empathy, and validation—but instead of just hearing about them, we actually experienced them. That made all the difference.
The exercises and discussion topics were incredibly well thought out. They pushed us to think outside the box and, more importantly, created a safe space to try, fail, and grow. One of the most powerful parts of the workshop was being put in the position of the client—feeling that vulnerability firsthand. It was a great reminder of the level of trust our clients place in us and how important our communication really is.
I also really appreciated the format. No slideshows, no handouts—just active participation and engagement. As someone who learns by writing and doing, this kept me fully present and invested the entire time.
I left feeling encouraged, challenged, and reassured that I’m on the right track—but with a clearer understanding of how to grow further.
Whether you’re new to working with clients or have years of experience, I would highly recommend this workshop. Robin has a way of creating an environment that is both challenging and supportive, and you walk away not just with knowledge, but with skills you can immediately apply.
