Hey Robin,
I would first like to start by thanking you for a great e-cademy.
My drive home took about 10 hours so I had plenty of time to talk to
Butters and think about what a change this training will make for the both
of our lives.
It was a wonderful experience taking a beagle from our local shelter in
Ohio (just days prior to leaving for Wisconsin)and having off leash
control in less than a week. Butters (yes we are keeping her name), was
transformed from a lost soul at the shelter into what can only be called a
“rock star”. Yesterday I returned to the shelter with Butters. We
demonstrated some of the cool things we learned, and then changed the
“foster” status into “adopted”.
I thought you might enjoy a photo of our sign at the kennel. After 10
days of seeing the benefits, and experiencing the reality of off leash
control, it just seemed appropriate. I have already had customers
commenting on it, then I show them Butters.
